Dr. Ritter has been working with me on finding a C-Paper machine that works well for me because I’ve had problems with the CPap only working g for 1 hour. I think zi definitely need it longer than that. So we met, shelled me some questions and thought maybe my machine might be old enough to be a problem. We are working with that assumption and I will be seeing the CPap people soon I hope!

She listened intently to everything I was saying and responded to each of my concerns. I've been dealing with migraines for many years, she offered new medication with different ways they are administered. Two of them were self-injections at home, one was n IV infusion in clinic and the fourth was Botox injections. She discussed pro and cons with me and told me to go home to do my own research to my decision. I like that we worked as a team - in the end I decided not to go with any of them even though they could help decrease the number of migraines I was having, but because one of the side effects was too dangerous for me too risks. I have Raynaurd's Disease that affects the circulation system. All of the medications mentioned worsening of the disease with severe complications. I wasn't willing to compromise possible loss of finger, toes or more. I'll keep the current medications I'm on as they are helping me fairly well with my migraines. I appreciate Dr. Colapietro's honesty and help with looking for other better options. She was fabulous with sharing her knowledge.

On time, direct and thorough.

Personnel at reception was wonderful, nice and helpful. Dr. Ballard had been patient to listen to my ongoing diagnosis and to explain treatment and my current condition in plain language (most Indian doctors had lacked this quality badly). I changed my rheumatologist to her.

I would leave no stars if possible. She saw everything through the light of narcolepsy and did not listen to my previous diagnosis of Epilepsy by Dr Armitage and past seizures. When challenged she became defensive and 4 days after our last visit when transitioning care to another facility she puts in a referral for mental health. I would recommend Riverhills again but not Dr. Ritter.

I like Dr. Li and I think she's a good doctor, but in the couple of times I've seen her, the appointment was rushed. She was in and out in less than five minutes (and I'm being generous). I know that insurance companies rush doctors these days, but it makes me feel like my case isn't given the thought and attention it deserves.

He does not rush through appointments or procedures, and he talks you through each step so you understand what is happening and feel comfortable throughout the process. His staff is also wonderful, including Ashley. Everyone is caring, helpful, and professional, which makes the entire experience even better. It was refreshing to meet Dr. Li and actually receive a thorough neurological exam with explanations followed by orders for further testing. I am a RN but have been playing the role of the patient for a long time. My health has been rapidly declining and my cries for help have fallen on deaf ears, until I met Dr. Maureen Li. Thank you for restoring some hope for our medical system Dr. Li. The MA or RN checking me in (short blonde curly hair & glasses) was rude and unnecessarily argumentative over my list of allergies. My husband and I were ready to walk out after meeting her, we had already been through so much and just could not take another door in the face. Thankfully Dr. Li showed up soon after the MA left and our hope was restored. There's always a 2nd appt though and we all have our days. Let's hope it continues to go well and I get the help I need so I can be the wife, mother and grandmother I'd always wanted to be.

Dr Marsha Smith is through, professional and knowledgeable. She treats me holistically, looking at the whole person. She was able to differentiate my diverse symptoms and find out the source/causes of each one. 3 other neurologists only looked for and at the Parkinson's symptoms, missing ones caused by other things like neuropathy and spinal stenosis. I owe a great debt of gratitude to her for identifying my neck bones impinging on my spinal column directing me to have surgery saving me from potential paralysis.

Dr. Smith went over some results of testing I had done. She seems to “tell it like it is”, which I appreciate. She made me feel good about some things but was realistic about issues of concern. I was actually encouraged! I have been feeling better about myself and my future. ( But I may have just written my 2nd review because I can’t remember if I already did it or not!

He is kind & compassionate & he really listens & discusses your symptoms & how medicines are working for you, & talks about other therapies besides just medicine. Dr. Khan is the absolute best! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains things that are very complex in a simple way, but also very direct and honest. He gives you the facts clearly, but delivers it in a very human way, which my husband and I really appreciated. There weren’t any gray areas for our minds to wander after each appointment and after receiving a heavy diagnosis, that was extremely helpful for us. He is genuine, really cares about his patients and the care he gives, and it’s very apparent. Sometimes you can tell when providers are faking things because it’s the “right” way to handle something, and Dr. Khan couldn’t be further from that. He has truly been a godsend to my husband and I through my new MS/NMO diagnosis, and I would recommend anyone who needs a neurologist, to go see him.

Dr. Erin Deegan is very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, clear with information, and takes the time to listen to your concerns, and cares about you. If she is unsure about a question, she will say so and look into it. Her office staff is professional, pleasant, and helpful.

Dr. Deegan cares for our son who has had a stroke. She talks directly to him not around him. She is dedicated and he looks forward to seeing her.

A very caring visit with Dr. Bhalla who was interested in me and how I was feeling and where it hurt. She prescribed a muscle relaxer and some physical therapy to see if that can help. I'm hoping that this will help my day to day soreness.
