I arrived 1/2 hour before my scheduled appointment, As required. And I was not called back to the room for the procedure until 1/2 hour later than for when my appointment had been scheduled.

On time, direct and thorough.

Personnel at reception was wonderful, nice and helpful. Dr. Ballard had been patient to listen to my ongoing diagnosis and to explain treatment and my current condition in plain language (most Indian doctors had lacked this quality badly). I changed my rheumatologist to her.

I would leave no stars if possible. She saw everything through the light of narcolepsy and did not listen to my previous diagnosis of Epilepsy by Dr Armitage and past seizures. When challenged she became defensive and 4 days after our last visit when transitioning care to another facility she puts in a referral for mental health. I would recommend Riverhills again but not Dr. Ritter.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Caneris since 2013. He’s an amazing doctor who I trust whole heartedly. I often refer him to friends, family and even people I’ve just met who are suffering and have come to the conclusion that this is their life and they will continue to live in excruciating pain that will only worsen. Not only is he top notch in his field, Dr Caneris is kind, down to earth and makes you feel as if you’re an old friend who you haven’t seen in a while. His team is exceptional. They make you feel comfortable and at ease . You are not just a number. They get to know you. I never dread coming to my appointments. He really is the best!

I like Dr. Li and I think she's a good doctor, but in the couple of times I've seen her, the appointment was rushed. She was in and out in less than five minutes (and I'm being generous). I know that insurance companies rush doctors these days, but it makes me feel like my case isn't given the thought and attention it deserves.

Can't begin to say how much Tracy has helped me. I have had a lot of issues the past couple of years and she has made me look at the big picture and know there are ways to help. She was welcoming and made me feel so comfortable on my first visit.

It was refreshing to meet Dr. Li and actually receive a thorough neurological exam with explanations followed by orders for further testing. I am a RN but have been playing the role of the patient for a long time. My health has been rapidly declining and my cries for help have fallen on deaf ears, until I met Dr. Maureen Li. Thank you for restoring some hope for our medical system Dr. Li. The MA or RN checking me in (short blonde curly hair & glasses) was rude and unnecessarily argumentative over my list of allergies. My husband and I were ready to walk out after meeting her, we had already been through so much and just could not take another door in the face. Thankfully Dr. Li showed up soon after the MA left and our hope was restored. There's always a 2nd appt though and we all have our days. Let's hope it continues to go well and I get the help I need so I can be the wife, mother and grandmother I'd always wanted to be.

Dr Marsha Smith is through, professional and knowledgeable. She treats me holistically, looking at the whole person. She was able to differentiate my diverse symptoms and find out the source/causes of each one. 3 other neurologists only looked for and at the Parkinson's symptoms, missing ones caused by other things like neuropathy and spinal stenosis. I owe a great debt of gratitude to her for identifying my neck bones impinging on my spinal column directing me to have surgery saving me from potential paralysis.

Dr. Smith went over some results of testing I had done. She seems to “tell it like it is”, which I appreciate. She made me feel good about some things but was realistic about issues of concern. I was actually encouraged! I have been feeling better about myself and my future. ( But I may have just written my 2nd review because I can’t remember if I already did it or not!

Dr Davis Schmerler is absolutely amazing & wonderful! He is kind & compassionate & he really listens & discusses your symptoms & how medicines are working for you, & talks about other therapies besides just medicine. Since seeing him I have gone from 11-15 migraines a month to 1-2! His staff is also fantastic. Carla, who handles phone calls & medicine questions is all of the same adjectives & diligent as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Normally we only have approximately 5 minute wait but this time was almost 45 minutes. Things happen so you go with the flow unless it happens all the time. Dr Nurre seems to care.

Dr. Khan is the absolute best! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains things that are very complex in a simple way, but also very direct and honest. He gives you the facts clearly, but delivers it in a very human way, which my husband and I really appreciated. There weren’t any gray areas for our minds to wander after each appointment and after receiving a heavy diagnosis, that was extremely helpful for us. He is genuine, really cares about his patients and the care he gives, and it’s very apparent. Sometimes you can tell when providers are faking things because it’s the “right” way to handle something, and Dr. Khan couldn’t be further from that. He has truly been a godsend to my husband and I through my new MS/NMO diagnosis, and I would recommend anyone who needs a neurologist, to go see him.
