Dr. Frances Bozsik is a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Riverhills Neuroscience, specializing in the comprehensive evaluation of brain-behavior relationships. She brings extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of neurocognitive conditions across various clinical settings.
Dr. Bozsik earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She completed a formal Clinical Neuropsychology Fellowship at the Memphis Veterans Affairs Medical Center and a Clinical Psychology Internship at the Phoenix VAHCS.
Her foundational training also includes a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Missouri State University. Her clinical practice involves conducting detailed neuropsychological evaluations for diverse patient populations, addressing concerns such as neurodegenerative disorders and cognitive decline; traumatic brain injury (TBI) and cerebrovascular accidents (stroke); movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease; epilepsy and pre-surgical evaluations; and ADHD and attention-related concerns.
In addition to assessment, Dr. Bozsik has experience in neuropsychological intervention, including facilitating cognitive rehabilitation groups to help patients develop coping skills and neuroanatomical psychoeducation. She has also collaborated within transdisciplinary medical teams to assist families in navigating resources for caregiver support and adult day programming.
Dr. Bozsik is an active contributor to the scientific community, having authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented research at international conferences on topics ranging from childhood obesity prevention to the validation of neuropsychological testing tools. She is a member of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and the Houston Neuropsychological Society.
