Meet P. Scott Becker, MD

P. Scott Becker, MD, is a board-certified neurologist with over 30 years of experience in neuroscience. At Riverhills Neuroscience's Crestview Hills, Kentucky, location, Dr. Becker provides compassionate care and cutting-edge treatments to patients with various neurological disorders. 

Dr. Becker completed his medical degree at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois, before completing an internship in internal medicine and a residency in neurology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, also in Chicago.

After his training, he completed a research fellowship in the neuropathology laboratory at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He also served as an instructor in the Department of Neurology and Pathology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Dr. Becker's areas of expertise include general neurology, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, peripheral neuropathy, and headaches. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Medical Association, Ohio State Medical Association, Kentucky Medical Association, and the American Academy of Neurology.

Dr. Becker is also a past president of the Commonwealth Neurological Society, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Academy of Medicine of Cincinnati. 

Dr. Becker's expertise, experience, and dedication to his patients make him a valuable addition to the Riverhills Neuroscience team. He welcomes patients suffering from neurological conditions, like multiple sclerosis and epilepsy, to visit Riverhills Neuroscience.
