Learn what Doctors, Staff and Patients are saying about Infusion Therapy at Riverhills Neuroscience.
Intravenous (IV) Infusion is a method of delivering medication directly into the bloodstream. Infusion therapy is often used to treat conditions for which traditional oral medications are ineffective or unavailable. Our centers commonly treat Multiple Sclerosis, Pain (from shingles, diabetic neuropathy, or nerve injury), Neuropathy, Headaches and Migraines.
Typical infusion appointments at Riverhills Neuroscience will last between one and two hours, although some treatments do require an extended observation period. Many infusion patients receive treatment on a monthly basis and look forward to meeting others with similar conditions. Some form lasting, supportive friendships with patients and staff.
Infusion Therapy is delivered in a therapeutic setting with specialized care provided by our medical staff. Our infusion lounges have
comfortable furnishings and free wireless internet. Our goal is to ensure patients are comfortable and at ease throughout their appointment.
